Shipping Policy

  Order processing

  Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  Shipping and delivery

  After dispatch, estimated transit time is 7–20 business days. Estimated total delivery time, including order processing, is therefore 8–23 business days.

  Orders may be fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partners and may ship from an overseas fulfillment facility. Fur & Fresh remains your point of contact for order support, delivery issues, returns, and refunds under our published policies. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe
  weather, public holidays, or an incorrect delivery address.

  Shipping cost and destinations

  Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

  Order tracking

  You will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take several business days to update after shipment.

  Delayed or lost shipments

  If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us at support@furandfresh.com. We will investigate the shipment with the
  carrier and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
